Jeff Diephuis
PE, SE – PRINCIPAL/OWNER
With over 20 years of experience in the structural engineering field, Jeff has led the design of commercial, industrial, and residential projects of all types and sizes.​
In addition to engineering new structures, Jeff has led the design of renovations, overseen seismic retrofits, and performed structural evaluations of modern and historic buildings. His extensive construction-engineering experience includes evaluation of construction loads, design of temporary shoring and bracing, and development of complex rigging and lift plans.

Beyond his engineering expertise, Jeff brings a background in shipyard project management, structural research fabrication, and framing carpentry. This hands-on experience makes him uniquely capable of delivering designs that not only work, but can be efficiently constructed.

At the core of Jeff's practice is a commitment to creative problem-solving. Whether achieving an architectural vision, economizing a design, or planning a safe and efficient construction plan, Jeff develops and implements project-centered structural solutions.
